Professional Career and Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, she worked in a multidisciplinary law firm with an extensive portfolio of foreign clients, where she specialized in real estate transactions and immigration processes. She also worked as the head of the legal department and business development manager in an international brand distribution company.

She has advised clients on corporate matters, from the establishment of companies to dissolving commercial entities. She has also been involved in multiple real estate transactions, including property sales, and in the negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts. On immigration matters, she has assisted foreigners in the obtention of residences and permits.
